Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1⁄2 bunch green onion
- 2 serrano peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 1⁄2 bunch cilantro, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garam masala
Directions
- In large bowl crumble ground beef and all ingredients. Mix it all up and shape into kabobs. Grill or pan cook.
