Yields: 1 1/4 Cups sauce
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup Frank's red hot sauce (Only use this!)
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 -3 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional depending on how hot you like it!) (optional)
Directions
- Melt the butter in the pan.
- Add the garlic and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the flour and whisk until smooth, cook for 1 more minute.
- Add the Franks and the vinegar, bring to a boil.
- If desired add the pepper flakes and simmer for 2 or 3 minutes.
- Pour over the food of your choice and enjoy.
