Best Ever Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 -4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 cup melted butter
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Topping
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄3 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1⁄3 cup melted butter
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Directions
- Mix together potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla, melted butter and milk.
- Stir in mini marshmallows.
- Spread into a 13"x9" pan.
- Combine brown sugar, flour, pecans and butter.
- Spread evenly over potato mixture.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows over top to cover. (Add more or use less as preferred).
- Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
