Best Ever Pineapple Cake

This has been a favorite of my family for years. It's easy-to-make, moist, delicious and topped off with a cream cheese icing.

Ingredients

• 2  cups white sugar
• 2  cups flour
• 1 (19 ounce) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
• 2  eggs
• 2  teaspoons baking soda
• 1  teaspoon vanilla

• Icing

• 1 1⁄3 cups icing sugar
• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 8  ounces cream cheese
• 1  teaspoon vanilla

Directions

1. Mix all cake ingredients together.
2. Grease 9x13" pan.
3. Pour in batter.
4. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
5. Mix icing until well blended.
6. Ice while still warm.
