Best Ever Garlic Rolls

Very simple, quick and great tasting rolls with a mixture of Blessing to lather the rolls for that extra special taste. Show more

Directions

  1. Lightly spray oil on a large cookie sheet.
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured counter and cut into 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 squares.
  3. Butter the top with soft or melted butter and cover with a clean kitchen towel.
  4. Let sit for 30 minutes.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden on top.
  6. Blessing mixture is the garlic, salt, onion powder, butter, olive oil.
  7. Place the "Blessing" mixture into a saucepan and keep it on low to keep warm. DON'T BOIL.
  8. Immediately after the rolls are done, place the rolls in a bowl and pour the Blessing over them and toss.
  9. Serve Warm.
  10. Optional: add 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of chopped rosemary and 1/2 teaspoon sweet basil in with the Blessing.
