Best Ever Cheese Ball

This is the best tasting cheese ball I've ever had. It's actually more along the lines of a dip except that it forms into a ball. The Accent is the ingredient that gives it extra appeal. I serve it when I'm having people over for a party or when I need to bring something to work for a potluck. People are always asking me for the recipe because it's fantastic! Show more

Yields: 1 Cheese Ball

Directions

  1. Let the cream cheese soften a bit on the counter.
  2. Chop green pepper and green onion as fine as possible.
  3. Drain pineapple repeatedly (the more moisture you can get out of it the better your cheeseball will form).
  4. Combine all ingredients in small bowl.
  5. Chill for 1/2 hour.
  6. Form into a ball and, if desired, roll in chopped pecans.
  7. Chill until ready to serve.
