Best Chicken Liver Pate

Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 12 cup  peanut oil
  • 34 cup  finely minced onion
  • 1 12 lbs chicken livers
  • 1  teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 teaspoon  garlic salt

Directions

  1. Heat oil in 12 inch skillet.
  2. Add chicken livers and cook until brown and well done.
  3. Add onion and cook 1 minute more.
  4. Add salt, pepper and garlic salt.
  5. Remove from heat and cool.
  6. Put into blender and process on puree till smooth.
  7. Chill.
