Best Cheesy Potato Casserole

This recipe is my favorite cheesy potato one I have tried, I combined two recipes for this amazing dish, it's not low fat and don't try to make it that way :)

• Serves: 12

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup onion
• 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
• 2  lbs frozen hash brown potatoes
• 2 (10 1/2ounce) cans  cream of chicken soup
• 2  cups sour cream
• 2  cups  shredded cheddar cheese (I like sharp the best)
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
•  breadcrumbs (optional)

Directions

1. Mix all together, put into 9x13inch pan, top with bread crumbs. Bake 45 min @ 350.
