Best Baked Onion Dip

Ingredients
- 1 cup vidalia onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
Directions
- Mince/chop your onion.
- In a bowl, mix the onion, cheese and mayo all together.
- Put it in a baking dish and bake at 350 until brown and bubbly on top (30 40 min.).
- Serve with Ritz crackers or Club crackers.
- Enjoy!
