Besitos De Coco (Coconut Kisses)

Delicious little coconut cakes. My husbands favorite!!!

• Serves: 2
• Yields: 24 cookies

Ingredients

• 3  cups sweetened flaked coconut
• 1⁄2 cup flour
• 4  egg yolks
• 1  cup sugar
• 1⁄4 cup butter
• 1  tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease a cookie sheet.
3. In a bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients together into a dough.
4. Place the dough in a decorating bag and use the biggest star tip you can find. In a circular form make 24 individual cookie cakes . Bake until golden brown. 9-12 minutes.
