Besan Flatbread

This is from Melody at melomeals.com, again. I love this woman. Besan is chickpea flour, and if you search food.com, you'll find many variations of pancakes, etc. She used "some" of this and that, so I'm going to guesstimate how much seasoning, and may come back and adjust according to my results. I'll be using this as a base for individual pizzas. Show more

Directions

  1. Mix all dry ingedients with a whisk or fork, and add water and stir to desired thickness, adding more water or flour as needed.
  2. Prepare a 12" nonstick fry pan with as needed. Mine doesn't need oil, so I left that out of the recipe to avoid adding calories. Pour batter to the desired size (6", 9", or 12"), and cook to desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side.
