Berthas Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic (I use the minced in a jar)
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and shape into small meatballs.
- Put meatballs in your favorite spaghetti sauce and simmer for two hours.
