Berry Squares

Another simple no-bake summer dessert courtesy of Kraft. Can be made the night before as needs time to chill. Show more

Ingredients

  • 1 (298 g) package  butter pound cake, cut into 12 slices
  • 3  tablespoons  orange juice
  • 4  cups  fresh mixed berries (halve the strawberries if using)
  • 2  tablespoons sugar
  • 2 12 cups milk
  • 2 (113 g) packages instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 34 cups Cool Whip, thawed and divided

Directions

  1. Arrange cake slices on bottom of a 13x9" dish, cutting to fit if necessary. Drizzle with juice. Top with berries. Sprinkle with sugar.
  2. Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk for 2 minute Gently stir in 3/4 cup of cool whip. Spread over the berries. Top with remaining mixed topping.
  3. Refrigerate at least 1 hours.
