Berry Quinoa

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1⁄4 cup quinoa
- 1⁄2 cup mixed berry
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon blueberry-flavored syrup
Directions
- Bring quinoa & almond milk to a boil in pan. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in berries & cinnamon. Top with blueberry syrup.
- Makes 1 1/4 cups (5PP).
