Berry Quinoa

Yields: 1 1/4 cups

Ingredients

  • 12 cup  unsweetened almond milk
  • 14 cup quinoa
  • 12 cup mixed berry
  • 1  pinch cinnamon
  • 1  tablespoon  blueberry-flavored syrup

Directions

  1. Bring quinoa & almond milk to a boil in pan. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in berries & cinnamon. Top with blueberry syrup.
  2. Makes 1 1/4 cups (5PP).
