Berry Milkshake

Ingredients
- 2 cups low-fat milk
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon (China cinnamon is best)
Directions
- Put all the ingredients into a blender. Use the ice crush function to blend until smooth.
