Ingredients
- 1 cup plain soymilk
- 1 1⁄2 cups raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
Directions
- Mix six ice cubes with the first two ingredients. Blend the remaining ingredients with the first mixture until desired consistency.
