Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 1 banana
- 6 strawberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup milk
Directions
- Blend eggs, flax seed, wheat germ honey and milk in a blender.
- Add strawberries.
- Break (or cut) banana into 5-6 equal pieces and add to blender.
- If consistency is too thick, add milk. If too thin, add a few extra strawberries or another banana.
