Ingredients

  • 4  cups  low-fat blueberry yogurt or 4  cups  raspberry low-fat yogurt
  • 2  cups  peach nectar or 2  cups  pear juice
  • 4  ripe bananas

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and then serve.
  2. Yummy!
