- 1⁄2 cup 2% milk
- 1⁄2 cup cranberry juice
- 1 cup strawberry, diced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 large banana, frozen
- 1⁄2 cup fat-free blueberry yogurt

- Place ingredients in blender & mix until smooth.
