Ingredients
- 6 quail, split
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 cup pecans, crushed
Directions
- Split quail in half.
- Mix honey and mustard.
- Brush quail with glaze.
- Crush pecans in food processor.
- Sprinkle pecans on quail.
- Place in baking dish in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
