Benne' Seed Dressing (Sesame Seed Dressing)

• Yields: 3 cups

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup sugar
• 1  garlic clove, minced
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
• 1⁄4 cup  chopped onion
• 1⁄4 teaspoon  ground dry mustard
• 1 1⁄2 cups olive oil
• 1⁄2 cup toasted sesame seeds

Directions

1. In a blender, add each ingredient in the order listed.
2. Blend on medium speed until the ingredients are well mixed.
3. Will keep well for several weeks in the refrigerator.
