Benihana Sesame Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

• 1⁄3 cup soy sauce
• 3  tablespoons mirin
• 2  tablespoons sugar
• 2  tablespoons  sesame oil
• 1  tablespoon  tahini paste
• 1  teaspoon garlic, grated
