Benihana Sake Martini

This is a copycat recipe of a drink served in the restaurants. Can be made with your choice of gin or vodka.

Ingredients

• 2 1⁄2 ounces  gin or 2 1⁄2 ounces vodka
• 1⁄4 ounce sake
• 1⁄4 ounce Curacao

Directions

1. Chill your Martini glass with ice for approximately three minutes.
2. Pour all ingredients into an iced mixing glass.
3. Stir 30 times with a bar spoon, or shake ten times.
4. Pour the ice out of your Martini glass. Strain into glass. Serve.
