Ingredients
- 1⁄8 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly coat an 8x8 inch baking dish with vegetable oil.
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
- Pour into baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until brown- Serve hot.
