Belgian Chocolate Mousse

I'm from Belgium and I want to share an authentic recipe from my country!

Ingredients

• 3  eggs
• 200  g dark chocolate
• 250  ml  cream

Directions

1. Separate the eggs.
2. Mix the egg yolks with the melted chocolate.
3. Mix with whipped cream.
4. Mix with whipped egg white.
