Beet Slaw

A very simple recipe that can be put together last minute - so delicious -

• Ready In: 10 mins
• Yields: 12 cups

Ingredients

• 1 (750 ml) jar  bick's  baby beets, quartered
• 1 (454 g) bag  prepared  coleslaw mix
• 1  onion, grated
• 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1  pear, thinly sliced

• DRESSING

• 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup  prepared  coleslaw dressing

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill to allow flavors to combine.
