Ingredients

• 1  bunch celery
• 2  cucumbers
• 1⁄2 large beet (chopped)
• 1⁄2 bunch parsley
• 1⁄2 inch  piece fresh ginger (more if you like)
• 1  lemon (with white pith, juiced whole)

Directions

1. Juice everything together.
2. Stir well and drink away!
