Beet Burgers

Ingredients
- 2 medium beets, minced
- 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
- 2⁄3 cup roasted pumpkin seeds, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup gluten free breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 1⁄4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1⁄8 cup avocado oil
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
Directions
- Peel and mince beets.
- Finely chop onions and pumpkin seeds.
- Add all ingredients together.
- Form into 12 patties.
- Bake in oven at 350 degrees 20 minutes or until patty is done, turning once.
