Beet Burgers

Yields: 12 Patties

Ingredients

  • 2  medium beets, minced
  • 12 cup onion, chopped
  • 23 cup  roasted  pumpkin seeds, chopped
  • 12 cup  gluten free  breadcrumbs
  • 2  tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 14 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 12 tablespoons  coconut flour
  • 18 cup avocado oil
  • 1  egg
  • 1  teaspoon  italian seasoning

Directions

  1. Peel and mince beets.
  2. Finely chop onions and pumpkin seeds.
  3. Add all ingredients together.
  4. Form into 12 patties.
  5. Bake in oven at 350 degrees 20 minutes or until patty is done, turning once.
