Ingredients
- 2 (12 ounce) cans beets
- 1 (8 ounce) package blue cheese
- oil
- vinegar
Directions
- Open cans of beets and place them in a bowl.
- Add oil, vinegar, salt, pepper to taste.
- Add cumpled blue cheese on top.
- Refridgerate for 1 hour before serving.
