Beet (And Other Veggie) Juice

We bought a juicer and started experimenting. I've never liked beets, but this juice is delicious - even if the color is a little off-putting. Close your eyes and enjoy!

• Serves: 2

Ingredients

• 2  baby bok choy
• 1  lime
• 1  large beet
• 1  large cucumber
• 2  medium carrots
• 2  green apples

Directions

1. Wash all the veggies. Peel the lime.
2. According to your juicer directions - feed the veggies inches.
3. Serve immediately.
