Beer Marinade

Yields: 2 cup
Ingredients
- 1 can beer
- 1⁄2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1⁄8 cup Tabasco sauce
- 1 onion, chopped (I use 1015, if available)
- 1⁄4 cup packed brown sugar
- 6 -8 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1⁄2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a shallow glass baking dish, large enough to hold meat in one layer.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Marinade meat for at least 30 minutes, The longer you let it sit, the better!
- Recipe can be doubled for large quantities of meat.
