Beer Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- 12 ounces beer
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 16 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces smoked gouda cheese
- garlic powder
- cayenne powder
- paprika
- 1⁄2 lb sausage
Directions
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Wisk in flour.
- Add beer and stir.
- Add cream cheese.
- Slowly add cheese stirring until melted.
- Stir in garlic, cayenne, and paprika.
- Cook over low until completely melted.
- Brown sausage in separate skillet.
- Top cheese with browned sausage.
- Broil cheese and sausage until lightly browned.
- Garnish with parsley.
