Beer Cheese

I got this in my e-mail this morning. It is popular in Scotland. I haven't tried it yet but I think it would be good to serve at a holiday party. Show more

  1. Whisk together the garlic, beer, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, mustard, and salt and pepper. Add cheese one cup at a time and beat until smooth. Pack into a 2-cup bowl or crock, cover with plastic wrap and chill for 24 hours. Serve with crackers.
