Beer Bread - Quick Bread

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 12 ounces beer
Directions
- mix all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
- Add beer and mix. It should not be really wet, add more flour if necessary. Do not make it too dry though.
- Preheat oven 350.
- Put mixture into a greased bread pan.
- Cook for 40 minutes or until it sounds hollow.
