Beer Bread

Yields: 1 loaf
Ingredients
- 3 cups self rising flour
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 12 ounces room temperature beer
- 1⁄4 cup melted butter
Directions
- Beat beer, flour and sugar til smooth.
- The batter will be the consistancy of cake batter.
- Bake in a WELL GREASED AND FLOURED pan at 325* for 40 minutes.
- Pour the 1/4 cup of butter over the loaf and bake for 20 minutes more.
- Do not microwave the beer to warm it from the fridge.
- It kills the yeast.
