Beer Bread

Really good beer bread recipe. Also does well in muffin cups for a change of pace. Remember to pour butter ovr the top and cook for 10 more minutes, made the mistake once to put it all together first then cook- oops. Show more

Serves: 4-6

Yields: 6 muffins or 1 loag

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, and beer well.
  3. Pour into greased loaf pan, casserole dish or muffin tin.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Pour butter over top and cook 10 minutes more until brown.
  6. Best when eaten while it's warm.
