Beer Bread

Serves: 4-6
Yields: 6 muffins or 1 loag
Ingredients
- 3 cups self rising flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 (12 ounce) can cold beer
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix flour, sugar, and beer well.
- Pour into greased loaf pan, casserole dish or muffin tin.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Pour butter over top and cook 10 minutes more until brown.
- Best when eaten while it's warm.
