Beer Bread

This bread is so delicious! I love to cube this bread and use it for dunking into spinach and artichoke dip! Show more

Directions

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients.
  2. Add oil and beer.
  3. Stir until dough is just mixed.
  4. Put dough in a greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 375 F for 45 minutes or until nicely browned. Remove from oven and let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan to cool some more.
