Yields: 1 loaf
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 4 1⁄2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 (12 ounce) bottle beer, at room temperature,use whatever beer you like
Directions
- Beat all ingredients untill well blended.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan, smooth with the back of a wet spoon.
- Bake for 40-45 min at 350.
