Beer Basted Chicken

Yields: 4 Beer Basted Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 cup beer (darker over lighter)
- 4 premium chicken breasts
Directions
- 1. Blend all ingredients except chicken into a resealable plastic bag.
- 2. Add chicken, toss to coat and refrigerate 30 minutes, turning bag over frequently.
- 3. Preheat grill to medium high heat.
- 4. Grill 3 minutes, turn over and baste with marinate. Discard remaining marinate.
- 5. Cook an additional 8-10 or until temperature reaches 165°.
