Beer-B-Q Sauce

Yields: 2 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup beer
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
- 1⁄4 cup molasses
- 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- In a saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer, until slightly thickened, about 8-10 minutes. Let cool before using as a marinade.
