Ingredients
- 2 (12 ounce) cans beer, your favorite
- 1 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Directions
- Blend all the ingredients and pour the marinade over your meat.
- Marinate 1-24 hours in the refrigerator, turning pieces occasionally.
