Beer and Honey Bread

Ingredients
- 250 g whole wheat flour, sifted
- 50 g ground oatmeal
- 50 g whole wheat
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons raw sugar
- 1⁄2 cup unprocessed natural bran
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 375 ml beer
- sesame seeds
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- sPray loaf tin with olive oil spray.
- Put all dry ingredients in bowl. Mix well.
- Make a well in centre and add honey and beer.
- Stir well.
- Put mixture in loaf tin.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
