Beefy Shells and Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 ounces shell pasta, uncooked
- 2 1⁄4 cups water
- 1 (15 ounce) jar salsa con queso (mild, medium, or hot depending on personal taste)
- 1 -2 teaspoon chili powder (more or less to suit your taste)
Directions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until no longer pink.
- Drain. Return ground beef to skillet.
- Add shell pasta, and water. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and cover pan.
- Simmer pasta and beef for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender and water is absorbed. Remove from heat.
- Add salsa con queso and chili powder and mix well.
