Beefy Enchilada Skillet

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (17 1/2ounce) jar pace enchilada sauce
- 8 (6 inch) corn tortillas, cut into 1-inch squares
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- sour cream
- chopped green onion
Directions
- COOK ground beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.
- ADD enchilada sauce, tortillas and half the cheese. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minute or until hot.
- TOP with remaining cheese. Serve with sour cream and green onions.
