Beefy Dog Treats

Beefy bisquits for your pooch.

• Yields: 1 batch

Ingredients

• 2 1⁄2 cups wheat germ
• 2  cups cornmeal
• 5  cups whole wheat flour
• 3  tablespoons  beef  flavoring or 3  tablespoons  beef bouillon
• 1⁄4 cup garlic, minced
• 1⁄4 cup  oil
• 1  egg
• 2 1⁄2 cups water

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Roll mixture out to 1/4 inch thick; cut out treats with the cutter of your choice.
3. Bake treats at 250 degrees F for 15 minutes, then increase the temperature to 325 degrees F and bake 30 minutes more.
