Beefy Cheesy Noodle Bake

Ingredients
- 8 ounces wide egg noodles
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1⁄2 cup fat free sour cream
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 3 cups sharp cheddar cheese, divided
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 9 x 13" casserole dish; set aside.
- Cook egg noodles according to package; drain.
- While noodles boil, cook and crumble lean ground beef and onion in a skillet. Drain off any excess fat and return to skillet.
- To the cooked drained beef mixture, add the tomato sauce, ff sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano and TWO cups of the sharp cheddar; mix well and heat over low heat until cheese begins to melt.
- Stir in the cooked drained egg noodles; pour all into the 9 x 13" casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with the remaining 1 cup of sharp cheddar.
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
