  1. Brown beef in butter and olive oil in large skillet.
  2. Sprinkle with flour.
  3. Stir in next 9 ingredients.
  4. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove bay leaf.
  6. Put in 2 quart casserole and cover with pie shell.
  7. Seal edges with fork, brush with melted butter, and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
