Beef with Wine and Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 12 lbs beef chuck, cut in pieces
  • 1  can  condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 1  cup red wine
  •  salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Salt and pepper meat.
  2. Pour soup and wine over beef.
  3. Cover and bake 3 hours at 325 degrees.
  4. Serve with noodles or rice.
