Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb shredded beef
- 2 medium sized onions, shredded
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sherry wine
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons oil
Directions
- Marinate shredded beef in soy sauce, cornstarch, sherry, and sesame oil for 30 minutes.
- Heat 3 Tblsp. oil in frying pan until hot.
- Stir-fry onions until light brown, about 4 minutes.
- Add salt; remove from pan; set aside.
- Heat 3 more Tblsp. oil in frying pan until hot; stir-fry beef 3 minutes.
- Add onions and stir-fry one more minute.
- Serve hot.
