Beef Stroganoff w/Rice

Ingredients

  • 4  cups  prepared white rice or 4  cups brown rice
  • 1 12 lbs  round steaks, cut in 1/4-inch strips
  • 2  tablespoons  onion soup mix
  • 1 (10 3/4ounce) can  cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (6 ounce) can  sliced mushrooms
  • 1  cup light sour cream

Directions

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  2. Set aside; keep warm.
  3. Brown round steak in skillet.
  4. Add soup mix, soup and mushrooms.
  5. Slowly add sour cream and cook until thoroughly heated.
  6. Serve over hot cooked rice.
